DEPOSIT
All events require a $200.00 refundable damage deposit. Deposits are refundable as long as there is no damage to the venue, the trash has been removed and everyone is out on time.
HOURS
All events are four-hour events with two hours prior to setup.

We provide table linen (Black, or White,10 ( 60 inch round) tables & 2 (6 foot ) tables 125 acrylic ghost chairs, ice and chaffing dishes (7). For each event you MUST provide your own chaffing fuel and utensils.

We are no longer booking, wedding and receptions, We also do not host Social & Pleasure Club events and/ or any events that accepts tickets and/or cash to attend.
All events hosted on a state and/or federal holiday will cost an additional $250.00.
